Our client, one of the UK’s leading energy providers, is looking for an Administrator to join one of its teams on-site at a Power Station in Hartlepool.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with the Project Controls team to ensure weekly time bookings are comprehensively and accurately recorded.
Support Station & Fleet Finance to substantiate monthly Financial claims, relating to the time bookings.
Produce high quality meeting packs for board meetings at an Executive level.
Support continuous improvement systems.
Be a champion on-site for defueling activities.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Excellent IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Intranet management).
Good verbal and written communications skills to support with the delivery of engaging messages to station staff.
High volume administration experience (including systems/database administration).
Ability to work without close supervision.
Able to multitask, organise, and prioritise workloads, as well as meet strict deadlines.
Attention to detail is a must together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information).
A resourceful individual who is flexible in approach.
Please note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis with scope for extension. You will be expected to undertake a drugs and alcohol test as well as be security checked to BPSS and CTC Level.
