£20,000 – £30,000 Base + uncapped OTE.

My client are a property marketing specialist, providing marketing solutions to the property industry on a global scale since 2006. They work with some of the most dominant and prestigious estate agencies around the globe.

As a true market leaders for property marketing solutions across Europe, my client are now looking to expand further and welcome on board a new Business Development Executive. With exciting growth plans in place, you’ll be able to join an expanding business that’s looking to grow their client base across Europe!

The successful candidate will be joining an ambitious and talented organisation with a genuine commitment to providing skills growth and career progression.

Role Summary:

  • The core goal of the role is to achieve monthly revenue targets by selling website design and lead generation services to new and existing clients.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable in prospecting new clients, have a consultative approach to selling, and relish the opportunity to close deals at every given opportunity!
  • You will need to be a driven, passionate, and determined sales professional who understands the importance of building a strong revenue pipeline to over-achieve on targets consistently.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will take ownership of a monthly new business revenue target
  • You will be required to make outbound telephone prospecting for new estate agent clients in UK & Europe.
  • Making regular contact and closing inbound leads and inbound referrals
  • Database management and contacting prospects from internal database regularly to generate fresh enquiries
  • Cross selling of additional services to existing clients
  • Generating referral business
  • Understanding the customer needs
  • Presenting the right solution to achieve client objectives
  • Presenting website and marketing solutions via video conferencing and telephone
  • Networking at property industry events
  • Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Proven track record in Sales, overachieving quota and/or targets
  • Experience of consultative selling
  • Experience using a CRM system


  • Experience in Website, Marketing or SaaS Sales
  • Experience in selling Proptech services to the property industry
  • Experience managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives
