Outside IR35 Service, Construction Superintendent*** Currently we have a new scope to deliver service as a Construction Superintendent in the Northeast region with our top tier COMAH Client, we welcome applications from all the interested applicants. Deliverables: * Liaise with specialist sub-contract companies/contractors and plant personnel to scope out and install as per the scope of work and the multitude of site standards. * Identify scope of work packages to be completed by specialist sub-contractors. * Monitor performance to plan and identify improvements to safety and performance. * Technical and progress reports. Competency Required: * HNC – Mechanical and Production Engineering + 8 years’ experience and/or * ONC – Mechanical/Manufacture Engineering + 10 years’ experience. * Experience in replacing large vessels and pipework during a shutdown period. * Experience of working on a Top Tier COMAH site. * Excellent grasp of engineering drawings. * Excellent understanding of how to manage work safely. * Good personal safety & engineering standards. * Good experience of leading & managing multi-disciplined teams. * Practitioner of a Safe System of Work, including method statements, risk assessments, etc. * Good communication skills with design, construction and operations teams
