Definition:Individual target to load £20,000 pounds a week.Liaise with the estimating team to establish what the specification that has been quoted – mini contract review.Creating a RFI – document – to highlight any queries or questions that need addressing with the client.Preparing sketch / drawings for the particular project for approval, CAD drawing created by AN OtherCreating a door schedule for approval via RTIS. Note, training will be given.Communicating the delivery programme to the factory.Confirming the delivery with the customers site team.Highlighting any price increases to the estimator for repricing.Highlighting any long lead in period items with the purchasing team and were possible pre order the relevant items in a timely fashion.Dealing with project queries.You represent the 1st line of management and as such are part of the management team.You are expected to work as part of the overall management team. You will be required to work overtime as part of a rota & any additional overtime that would be reasonably required to ensure the businesses success. You have delegated authority and responsibility to manage the below areas of the business function within your section, & the plant as a whole when acting as duty manager/supervisor for the factory in overtime or on any shift.
