While a customer service background is great, what is really important is your ability to communicate well and reassure your customers when they need it most.
You will be taking inbound calls relating to new incidents, assessing the incident and supporting your customer in arrangements for vehicle collection, repair and curtesy vehicle.
Location: Peterlee (Bracken Hill) *Note the location is accessible by public transport but not for all shift times*
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 7.00am – 9.30pm including weekends (working 4 weekends out of 8).
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum OTE plus benefits
· Competitive base salary
· Monthly performance bonus (OTE £3,360 pa)
· A tax-free £500 success bonus on passing probation
