We are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Consultant, with a starting package of £22,303, this is made up of a base salary of £20,603, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.

What you’ll bring.

Proven ability to deliver an outstanding consultative customer experience having explored a customer’s needs

Excellent listening, numeracy skills and communication skills, both face to face and over the phone

It would also be nice for you to have.

A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers

Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work

Openness to a broad range of activities, even if outside of standard expectations

Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities

What else you need to know.

This role is based in Sheffield Branch. This is a permanent role. The working hours will be full time, 35 hours per week, between the hours of Monday – Saturday, 8am – 6pm.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
