Applicant Pre-Employment customer service Screening Your role will to verify information supplied by candidates on their resumes and applications. At first stage pre-screening stage for jobs, courses or apprenticeships role. * -Evaluation of candidates aims and ambitions skills and experience and verify right to work. * -investigate the criminalbackground of candidates whenappropriate. * -Employment, Education checks * -Reference checks validation * -Admin support to this function is high volume * -Must be great communicator * -Ideally from recruitment / Hr /Job Coach – background * -Sourcing new applicants via various attraction methods * -managing diaries, calls and candidate relationships * -Contacting, sourcing, developing and working with candidates. * -Identifying new opportunities that match their skills and needs * -Liaise with external agencies when required for candidates * -Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all applicants * -Manage enquiries from candidates and provide appropriate support * -Identify and follow up on applicants * -Maintaining and inputting data to ensure effective customer relationship management of all applicants * -Data management of all associated project paperwork. * -Advertise roles * -Manage campaigns and applicant vacancy generation * -Provide feedback to departments on applicants to jobs match/course match * -Advice of next stage in process. * -Sign- post tot the correct teams within the business to go further on their journey with us * – General Requirements * Meet KPIs and targets associated with the role and that of your team * Always ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism * Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours Desired skills: You don’t need to be an experienced sales professional, but you’ll definitely need to bring brilliant customer service skills, ambition, and a passion to sell. * Recruitment /Sales experience is preferred but not essential. * Good spoken and written English * A sales and marketing flare * Interested in marketing, promotions and sales. * Good knowledge and understanding of sales cycles * Organised and good time management skills * Influencing and negotiating skills * Ability to work to deadlines and targets Personal qualities: * Self-motivated * Good communicator * Confident * Persistence and patience Terms and Conditions: Contract temp £9.75 p/h plus benefits All other terms and conditions can be requested upon enquiry.
