Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Peterlee, SR8 (Bracken Hill)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £20,500 – £21,500 per annum plus OTE (£3,360 pa)
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours including evening and weekend shifts Monday – Sunday 07:00AM to 09:30PM

Adecco are currently recruiting for a leading provider of accident services in the motor insurance sector in the UK with immediate start dates for permanent customer service opportunities.
- Acting as first point of customer service to regarding new and ongoing claims.
- Promote company products and services to the customers, for example hire vehicles, vehicle repairs and following up personal injury claims.
- Use telephone scripts and be FCA compliant
- Liaise regularly with customers, suppliers, partners and insurance companies regarding the progress of claims
- Input and process information accurately onto the company ICT system
- Meet call targets and contribute to team targets.
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service at all time.
