My client based in Hartlepool is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a strong Administrator with good organisational and communication skills. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential along with a willingness to learn new skills.Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Work as part of the service team to perform general administrative tasks
- Telephone and email correspondence with customers, external sales teams and suppliers
- Effective time management in a fast paced environment
- Providing excellent customer service, with experience in a similar service led role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and Excel
- General communication with other departments within the business
