My client are a leading, multiple award winning estate agency. Due to ongoing growth of the company, my client are opening up a new state of the art branch in Hartlepool.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent – Sales to join this newly established, enthusiastic and extremely exciting team in Hartlepool. The successful candidate will have fantastic customer service skills and the enthusiasm to progress quickly within the company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an Estate Agent role.
Duties:
- Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to available properties.
- Booking property market appraisals.
- Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers and tenants.
- Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
- Extremely smart and well presented at all times, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
