Excellent salary – £30,000 – £33,000 (Based on Experience) – Full Time

We are looking for an exceptional person to provideExecutive Assistant/Office Managersupport to our Regional Practice Lead, our Regional Operations Manager,and wider teams. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within the care sector.
This is a dual role that will see you also being Office Manager for Protective Care Group’s Northeast Office Hub.
We are looking for a team member who is punctual, hardworking, and has excellent attention to detail and is happy working in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties of the job:
Day to day responsibilities as agreed with Reporting/Line Manager to include:
Provision of Executive Assistant/PAsupport to ourRegional Practice Lead and our Regional Operations Manager to include diary, inbox and resulting task management – we are looking for a team player who has the experience, confidence and is willing to take ownership of any tasks that they can take off their Manager’s plates and be one step ahead.
Office manager duties and responsibilities will include?scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring office supplies are kept stocked, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees as required and much more!
The role will also see you being willing to get stuck in and assist with general admin including filing, data entry, correspondence and in the management of communication and paperwork, as well as assistingother members of SMT as required, assisting with travel arrangements/organisation, assisting with general telephone duties.
Prioritising and managing own workload
Maintain documentation, databases, and paperwork for all services.
Assist Reporting/Line Manager to make improvements and implement changes within the organisation
Keeping our internal care system up to date with client information, rotas etc.
Sharing data with our clients as required and in accordance with regulations
Maintaining stationery and copier stocks and ordering office + field equipment for our teams.
Assisting to gather information for OFSTED and CQC registration
Other duties including working with other members of the wider team as required and providing cover for any admin team absences.

Qualifications or experience sufficient to perform the job role above
At least 3year's experience in a similar admin role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible attitude to work and ability to manage own workload
Good time management skills
Adaptable and willing to work as part of a busy team
Full driving licence
