Job Specification

The Role

Coordinate engineering activities across the company to ensure timely and accurate engineering changes.

Assist with the manufacturing set-up, supporting the master data and parts set-up and approval.

Create, maintain and communicate accurate change management data.

Input change data into multiple engineering systems.

Directly communicate, input data and maintain data to ensure accurate and timely changes.

Create change requirements and product structure based on analysis of various data inputs.

review engineering change information and drawings to understand the impact to the product and process.

Coordinate / monitor the daily change process.

Attend team meetings to help identify and resolve process issues.

Clearly communicate the requirements to multiple departments for how to implement changes to the product.

The Person

Previous administration experience in a similar role is preferred.

Manufacturing or engineering environment experience preferred.

Intermediate skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and oral.

Communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
