Smart Environmental Support Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager (Recruiter) to work with our clients, who are Waste Management specialists, based in Hartlepool. This is covering a period of maternity leave, there will also be occasional travel to other client sites in the surrounding areas.

The Role

The Account Manager (recruiter) swill support service delivery across multi-sites in the Northeast. You will be required to cover holidays and sickness across sites within the cluster. You will support the smooth running of the facilities. Managing staff rota’s, sickness and holiday. Recruiting new and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance..

Skills & Experience Required:

* Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential

* Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work

* Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage

* Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills

* Excellent level of English, both spoken and written is essential

* Very good level of numeracy

* Ability to multitask while under pressure

* Flexible, adaptable approach is essential

* Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car
