Practice Manager

We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our well established, experienced and supportive team in Hartlepool – Grange Road.

A salary of up to £29k dependent upon experience

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Ensuring your patients receive the best care
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
Leading and managing a team of practice support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulator, the CQC

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven management expertise
The motivation and drive to support their team to succeed
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients and senior management
Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs
Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
Experience in analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to practice profitability.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £14.00 per hour
