Our client is looking to recruit several production operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- Ensuring all health & safety policies & procedures are always adhered to.
- Production of bead products operating all necessary equipment.
- Communication with all production team members.
- Optimise the department’s efficiency performance to achieve shift production targets.
- Improve and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the area.
- A degree of manufacturing / production experience preferred but not essential.
Pay:
- Various shifts available
- £10.42 per hour
- 12 hour Dayshift and 13 hour nightshift are two common shift patterns.
