As a recycling operative, you will be responsible for picking various materials from a moving conveyor belt and for a variety of other duties throughout the facility when instructed by your team leader/supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor
- Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised.
- Housekeeping of the operator cabins and the facility in general
- Operator maintenance of parts of the plant
- General duties throughout the facility

Your own transport would be beneficial due to the location of the job.
Shifts and Salary:
Mon – Fri
12-hour shift: 7am – 7pm & 7pm – 7am
8-hour shift: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm & 11pm – 7am.
OR
Weekend ONLY
Pay rate for Recycling Operative
£11.44-£12
Tier 1 £11.44 (including 40p performance bonus)
Tier 2 £11.80 (including 90p performance bonus)
Tier 3 £12.00 (including £1.10 performance bonus)
