We are working with a leading provider of children`s residential care on their search for a Registered Manager for their service based in Hartlepool.Your experience as a Registered Manager already of an OFSTED registered service will ensure that you are able to manage and oversee the day to day operations of the service, taking ownership of the OFSTED requirements and ensuring that you and your team are enabling young people in all the areas that they need support and guidance within to forge their path ahead.Your passion for ensuring the best possible residential care experience for young people within your care will include actively being involved in new referrals, specialist education and care.EssentialsYou have must experience of managing an OFSTED Rated Good or Outstanding Children Home previouslyWe need a committed, leader who is enthusiastic and passionate about making a differenceLevel 5 Diploma Qualification in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)A full driving licence which you have held for at least 12 months
