My client, a well-established and CQS accredited, North East based law firm are looking at appointing a Residential Conveyancer to join their head office in Hartlepool or at thewir Middlesborugh office if required.
They are looking for an individual who must have a varied knowledge of freehold, leasehold and right to buy matters from initial instruction through to post completion.
You will be required to attend to clients, provide quotes, take instructions and provide updates, exhibiting an ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising your workload and progressing matters accordingly.
You must be computer literate and be able to work under your own initiative as well as of part of a successful team. You need to be precise in your work and have exceptional client care skills. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a range of people from all backgrounds.
What is absolutely crucial is an ability to provide a top level service, putting your clients at the centre of everything you do.
Salary will be competitive, dependent on experience. The work environment at this firm is impressive, with an incredible new open plan office in a terrific location. There is a desire within the firm to maintain a sensible caseload in order to provide the highest level of service.
In terms of the future they are interested in speaking with candidates who are ambitious to progress to partner level or are happy to continue as a Conveyancer for the foreseeable future.
