The Retail Manager Role: * Manage and work with a small sales floor team day-to-day * Create a welcoming atmosphere & great one to one customer experiences * Maximise sales opportunities & meet sales targets * Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their maximum potential * Lead by example * Take ownership & full responsibility for the performance of a small shop & team * Utilise the resources to plan, organise and train staff * Recruit any new members of the team * Develop an excellent knowledge of our jewellery The Retail Manager Essentials: * Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in a retail or hospitality environment * Commercially focused with a genuine enthusiasm to succeed * Good leadership and people skills * A focused approach to customers and a genuine desire to engage * Confident communicator with good organisational skills * Attention to detail Jewellery knowledge isnt required as training is provided The Benefits: * Full time contracts working five days out of seven no zero hour contracts here! * 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years youll receive 33 days a year (including Bank Holidays) * Monthly pay, straight into your bank account at the end of every month * Staff discount on your WJ jewellery purchases * A pension scheme to qualifying staff the way to start saving for your future! * Should you work your day off, youll earn yourself a lieu day Warren James is always on the lookout for Retail Managers who care and want to do a good Job.
