We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Construction North East team based in Hartlepool, to be accountable for the delivery of multiple small to medium projects through site teams.
You will be a contact point for the Client and External Teams, a positive mentor to all members of the site team, as well as improve and prepare the teams for larger schemes.
Key Accountabilities will also include:
Define clear project or programme outcomes as part of the Project Business Plan and review progress against this regularly, providing feedback on the results to the team and wider business
Actively manage HS&E performance and understand that the root cause of accidents may originate in managerial decisions
Manage programme efficiently, ensuring high quality, and control of costs/ budgets.
We are looking for an experienced and competent Project Manager who has experience on projects in excess of £15m – £20m, preferably demonstrating experience of managing multiple projects at one time.
