Are you a freelance Site Administrator looking for your next freelance contract to assist on a NEC 3 civils project in County Durham? Responsibilities Providing project cost control support to the project management team The role will include cost reporting, material expediting, invoice tracking, account reconciliation, producing project status reports. Analyse financial information Collect Data, input and manage databases Assisting in sending out material & subcontract enquiry documentation, undertaking comparisons and raising of purchase/subcontractor orders Produce management reports Administrative support Analyse the work in progress reports and prepare and review contract performance for consideration by Commercial/Finance/Operations team Manage any queries and audit requirements arising from the invoices or monthly applications Requirements Intermediate to advanced proficiency on Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Experience COINS software package Excellent communication and teamwork skills The ability to cope in a very fast paced environment Customer-focused office administration background Expereince in similar role within construction/civils industry
