The role: Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion; * The role will involve managing all aspects of Health & Safety * Ensuring all activities are competed to the highest standards regarding environmental, quality and time restraints * Responsible for ensuring company procedures and systems are adhered to and updated accordingly * Planning, measuring and monitoring the progress of the works completed * Ensuring compliance with the project budget and programme * Managing the project delivery team and monitoring their performance * Mentoring junior members of the site team * Identifying potential problem areas, financial issues and contributing strategies to overcome these Pre-requisites * Black CSCS * SSSTS * SMSTS * First Aid * Experience of being both on site and managing paperwork in the office * Liaising and working well with others on site Benefits * Up to £6k car allowance
