About the Role

This will be a general administration role relating to ordering, price changes and promotions in support of the trading activities within James Hall & Co ltd.. This is an entry level role and a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast growing and innovative business.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing 

  • Accurate and timely data inputting into departmental records
  • Create and maintain accurate product records by supplier and by designated product category
  • Using Microsoft Excel to check products, pricing and promotional submissions.
  • Running reports to help the trading manager analyse category performance
  • Dealing with any initial invoice queries from suppliers
  • Supporting the trading manager with general administration
  • Be the first point of contact with customers and suppliers via email and phone
  • Administrative support for the trading team across a variety of tasks
