Orridge is one of the leading stocktaking providers to Retail, Supply Chain and Pharmacy. We are looking for a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor to add to our already successful team. The successful candidate will manage a small team of stocktakers on client’s premises whilst completing a stocktake. You will ensure client stocktakes are completed in a timely and professional manner using a handheld scanner.
No prior stocktake experience is required, as full training will be provided.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues providing supervisory leadership, guidance, training and support
Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are briefed to your team and adhered to.
To run a stocktake using our bespoke stocktaking system
Liaise with the Client throughout the stocktake
Follow client specific procedures
Ensure all Clients specific service level agreements are met
Provide training and mentor new stocktakers
Assist with any queries stocktakers may have in relation to the stocktake
Ensure all productivity and accuracy targets are met
Ensure all electronic count data and supporting information is accurate and delivered on time
To identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions
PREFERRED SKILLS
Previous Supervisor experience
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Good organization skills
Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
The ability to work to tight deadlines, to manage and prioritize a busy workload
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Flexible
Full driving license
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Manual Handling activities such as, but not limited to; pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying will be required during this role.
This role requires travel to different locations across the region
