Who will I be supporting?
- You will be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs to live their lives as independently as possible within their own homes in Hartlepool
- Some of the people we support are social butterflies who love to catch up with friends and family, going to the theatre and going on holidays
- Others prefer a quieter life watching movies and listening to music
- One thing everyone has in common is that they’re looking for friendly, patient, and reliable support workers to join their teams, supporting them to live their lives how they choose and taking an active interest in the hobbies and activities they enjoy!
What will I be doing?
- You will be supporting people to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their personal goals
- Support can include varying degrees of personal care, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
What shifts are available?
- Short days, long days, sleepovers, waking nights, weekends
- We’re looking for people with the flexibility to work a combination of shifts on a rota basis
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work / life balance – something we’re really passionate about!
