We are looking to hire a compassionate Children and Adult Support Workers, to be part of our team based in the Hartlepool and surrounding areas. Whether you are new to care or have previous experience, you will receive full person-specific training to provide exceptional care and support for the people we support with complex care needs.

Role Overview

You will be supporting individuals with their daily needs, working with their families and wider support network to help them achieve their goals/ambitions. You will be accountable to the Field Support Manager and will receive 24/7 support from our Clinical and Operational Team to enable you to provide a high standard of care to the people we care for and support.

Your role will consist of the following tasks dependent on the assessed needs of the people we support:

To provide support and/or care to individuals with a variety of different specialist needs and conditions which may include learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, nursing needs, mental health conditions, neurological impairments, psychiatric and clinical needs, complex behaviours and other needs.

Supporting people with daily routines such as washing, dressing or eating.

Supporting people with Tracheostomy Care, PEG feeding, Seizure Management and Ventilation

Helping the people we support access their community

Working with an outstanding Clinical Team.

Lone working when required

Using your administrative skills to record and complete appropriate documentation.
