Baltic Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to support an office of one of our clients in Hartlepool.

Our client is looking for someone to look after all Administration in their busy office including (but not limited to):

– Sorting out the post
– Answering the phones
– Greeting clients
– Typing
– Filing
– Managing diaries
– Handling documents
– Keeping files up to date
– Ensuring office is clean and tidy

Skills and Experience needed for this role:

– Administration experience
– Good communication
– Proactive
– Hard working
– Comfortable talking on the phone
– Flexible
– Available to start ASAP
– Great role for someone with the chance to go permeant with in the up coming months.
